Onion Chutney/Ulli Chamandi

Ingredients
Onions/Shallots  -   1cup
Chilli Powder    -   1/2tsp
Salt  -   to taste
Tamarind  -  1inch size(very small piece)
Coconut Oil   -    1tsp
Method
Grind all the ingredients together to paste.
Serve it in a dish bowl.Top it with Coconut Oil.
Mix the coconut oil with the Chutney and then serve.

This is a simple chutney yet very tasty with Idlis
