Bengal Gram Flour - 2cups
Chilli Powder - 1/2tsp
Salt - to taste
Asafoetida - 1pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1pinch
Onions/Raw banana/Potatoes - 2cups(sliced round)
Oil - 1cup
Method
Make a batter with Bengal gram flour, chilli powder,turmeric Powder,salt and asafoetida.
Heat Oil
Dip the slices of vegetables one by one in the batter
Deep fry it both sides in hot oil (medium flame)
Hot bajjis goes well as evening snack .
