Boiled Eggs - 6
Chilli Powder - 2tsp
Channa dal - 4tsp
Salt - to taste
Coconut Oil - 1-2 ladles
Method
Grind together channa dal,chilli powder and salt to powder
Heat oil and fry the masala powder in it for 1 minute in low flame
Then add boiled eggs cut into two one by one.
Fry on one side for 2-3minutes and then turn over to the other side and fry.Make sure the flame is low otherwise it will get burnt.
Then serve it into plates and is great accompaniment for rasam rice
