Egg Omelette

Ingredients
Onion    -    1(finely chopped)
Green chilli    -    1(finely chopped)
Egg    -    3
Milk    -    1tsp
Salt    -    to taste
Oil    -    1tsp

Method

Beat the eggs ,onions, green chilli,milk and salt together for 1minute.

Then pour onto a tawa.Spread it nicely with a spatula and add oil to the edges.This should be done on a medium low flame.

Slowly  turn it over and keep it for 1-2minutes.

Serve it hot with Rice and Sambar
