Ragi

Serves - 1 kid

Ingredients
Powdered Ragi - 2 tablespoons
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 teaspoons



Method
Take some water and milk in a vessel, add sugar and heat it.

 
Add the Ragi powder slowly while constantly stirring to avoid formation of lumps and caking.

  
When the consistency of the paste is moderate, remove from stove and empty into serving bowl and let it cool slightly before serving.
