Mango Pachadi

Ingredients

Ripe mango -  1
Green Chilly   -   3
Coconut    -   1cup
Mustard   -    2tsp
Curd   -1 cup
Salt   - to taste

For Tempering
Oil  -1tbsp
Mustard  - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilly  -2
Curry Leaves  -1sprig
Fenugreek seeds  -1/2 tsp


Method:

Mix all the Ingredients together in a bowl

Heat coconut oil,add mustard seed,After they splutter add fenugreek seeds,then comes dry red chilly and curry leaves,Pour this on the mixture that we have made.

Finally add salt to taste.


Pachadi is a typical South Indian side-dish which has a mixture of all tastes together.But in this mango pachadi the sour taste of mango and curd is dominant.
