Puri


Ingredients

Atta(Whole wheat refined flour)   -  2cups
Salt  -   to taste
Oil   -   3cups

 Method

 Measure cups of flour in a bowl.Add salt and mix it with the flour.Pour 3/4th cup of water and slowly knead the dough and adjust accordingly to make it a tight dough.


 




After leaving it for two minutes take small portions from the dough and make it into small balls.then using the chapatti/puri roller ,flatten it and roll it into small patties


 Heat oil in a pan and when it is hot turn the flame to medium.Slowly put the rolled out puri in the oil .Immerse the puri deeply in the hot oil and turn it over the other side.




 Serve Hot Puris with Potato Sabji
