Ingredients
Small Potatoes - 1kg
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1pinch
Asafoetida powder - 1pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1ladle
Method
Pressure cook potatoes and peel off the skin
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes to it.
After Frying the potatoes for few minutes,add salt ,chilli powder,turmeric powder and asafoetida powder.Mix well and again fry it in a simmer to medium flame.
Mini Potato Fries goes well with rice and roti.
