Egg Curry

Ingredients
Eggs    -    6(boiled)
Onions    -    2
Tomatoes    -    3
Garlic pods    -    1/2cup
Curry Leaves    -    1sprig
Turmeric Powder    -    1pinch
Chilli Powder    -    2tsps
Oil    -    1ladle
Coriander Leaves   -   to garnish

Method
Heat oil and splutter curry leaves
Then saute the chopped onions and garlic pods.
Add the turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.

After frying it for few minutes add the the chopped tomatoes.

Saute the tomatoes well till the oil separates from the masala.

Then add 1 cup of water to it.When it boils add the the slit boiled eggs to the gravy.Garnish with Coriander leaves.

Egg curry is best served with Chapatti
